Returns and Exchanges



As a small batch artisan maker, our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase as quality is a high priority. If you have any concerns or questions about the craftsmanship of your piece, we ask that you contact us within 10 business days of receiving your piece.

We ask that in the case of ring purchases that you know your ring size before purchasing, most jewellers will do this service for free and have multiple widths of band sets for measurement purposes. Please remember that ring sizes decrease as the ring band widens and take this into account, if you require ring band width for an accurate fit we are happy to provide this information. While we do our best to provide the most accurate of information for you to make your purchase, due to slight differences between jeweller to jeweller ring sizers and mandrels we cannot be held accountable should your ring not fit the intended finger. We unfortunately do not resize rings as this can damage the stone during removal.

While exchanges are welcome, if an exchange is required we ask that you contact us within 20 business days to initiate the exchange for store credit towards another item. All shipping costs due to an exchange or return will be at the buyer’s expense and a credit will not be issued until the piece has been returned to us in the same condition that it left our hands. If the return is lost during transit by the shipper this is unfortunately out of our hands and we cannot be held accountable for lost packages which is why for high value returns we suggest that you return your piece to us with tracking and insurance. Returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
